Mitsui Fudosan America has partnered with Kane Realty Corporation for the development of The Strand, a 20-story residential development in Raleigh’s North Hills Park District submarket. Once completed, the development will consist of 362 market-rate units and 9,000 SF of ground floor retail.

The Strand will provide highly-amenitized multifamily residences and in the heart of the North Hills Park District – one of Raleigh’s most affluent, educated, and fast-growing live-work-play enclaves.
