Mitsui Fudosan America has partnered with Hanover to develop the 2nd Phase of Hanover Turtle Creek, a Type I multifamily development in Dallas’ Turtle Creek submarket.
Once completed, the development will consist of 337k of RSF and 323 market-rate units with an amenity offering a Trackman Golf Simulator room and a rooftop pool and amenity deck.
