Dallas, Japanese firms to start 20-story luxury apartment tower near NorthPark
Plans for the tower were first announced in 2023.
The Japanese real estate developer Mitsui Fudosan has completed construction on the Figueroa Eight, a towering new multifamily property in downtown Los Angeles' financial district.
According to CoStar data, construction on the 42-story project at 744 S. Figueroa St. began in 2021, ultimately spanning three years. Johnson Fain — an architecture firm headquartered in Los Angeles — designed the luxury building.
The Class A structure encompasses 394,942 square feet and has 438 apartment units that range from studios to two-bedrooms, according to CoStar data. Amenities include a saltwater pool and sun deck, a hammock garden and a lounge that offers expansive city views.
