The Silva, a new addition to DC's vibrant Adams Morgan neighborhood, boasts a sleek, modern envelope amid historic row houses; 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces; and views of the Mall. Designed by the British firm Grimshaw Architects with interiors by Grisham and DC-based CORE, the 10-story building is leasing its 172 rental units, which range from studios to two-bedroom apartments and include 10 penthouse suites. Units feature high-end appliances, expansive windows and Elfa closet systems. Residents will enjoy a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, a fitness center and a curated collection of works by local artists displayed in the lobby.
